Minnesota Public Radio recently ran a story bidding farewell to the housing boom. The experts, practitioners, home buyers and home sellers featured in the story had interesting perspectives.
While most definitely felt the book was over, some felt the landing would be soft. They felt that really the housing market was swinging back to a normal state where home buyers can and should have time to think about their dream home before they make an offer.
