Recently, the Star Tribune ran an article that celebrated ramblers (A rambler renaissance: It was only a matter of time). Ramblers also known as ranch houses are graining appreciation. In Minnesota and across the country, the 1950s-era homes are desirable real estate again — and are even being embraced as historic architecture, worthy of preservation.
Buyers are look at ramblers because they tend to be in good, established neighborhoods, they are easy to maintain and they are affordable.
